Some companies that actively look to hire Junior Military Officers: - General Electric - Deloitte LLP - Wal-Mart - Booz Allen - Pepsico - Johnson & Johnson Just to name a few

Do you manage your veteran employees with the same style as your other employees?

Yes I have one management style for all of my staff.
I utilize the same standards for all employees however, every personality requires a different approach no matter what their background
I spend more time with ex-military employees to ensure they are getting the feedback they need.
My company has a formal integration program for ex-military employees that includes different management tools.
