Hi, I work for a large enterprise which is a household name. Engagement has been bad and it’s got the attention of high up management. Now there are monthly meetings between my manager and his team and a higher manager meaning 2 layers of management are omitted from these meetings. Interested in general comments on this. Is it common? Is it sustainable? How long should it go on for before the skipped layers of management are sorted and start doing their job so they don’t need to be skipped? Thanks.
