It is discouraging when you walk down a hallway and get ignored by someone you just said hello to.  You can’t imagine what you did to upset this individual, then you find out that they are that way with everyone.  We face individuals with different personalities every day and just brush them off or avoid them, but there are a few that can get in the way of your success.  These individuals are difficult because they don’t know how not to be.  So what can you do to break through and create good relationships with those who don’t know how?  What experiences have you had with difficult personalities at work?  Did you resolve them or are you still dealing with them?

We have heard from several members that deal with bullies at work. Feeling bullied can destroy moral and fester into your personal life. We will tackle this issue in our next newsletter. In the meantime, please share any experiences you faced on this topic.
