Hi there, I manage about 10 people in Customer service and sales. I have been receiving anonymous complaints that staff are being inappropriate but I have no more details and my office is not located in their work area. I don't know how to address this.

I was told to possibly sit in the area for periods of time to listen. Is this a good idea?
