Our Founder & President Lisa Woods, is a successful entrepreneur, world-class marketing strategist, and dynamic business leader with more than 20 years experience leading, managing and driving growth. Throughout her career, Lisa has been influential in integration techniques, organizational and cultural overhauls and financial turnarounds.
Working for one of the top 100 industrial groups in the world, & world leader in the habitat and construction markets, she held positions in General Management, Market Development and Global Sales & Marketing. Her practical approach to driving change, and ability to influence across cultures and hierarchies, led her to opportunity and success. Prior to construction products, Lisa oversaw marketing & strategic efforts in the plastics and abrasives industries.
Her own success opened doors to train individuals from all parts of the world on multi-cultural management, strategic marketing-driven leadership, flexible management techniques, communication tactics and customer centric strategies.
From there Lisa envisioned a professional development resource designed to help business people, of all levels and disciplines, advance their careers via practical and actionable advice in a "do-it-yourself" learning environment....ManagingAmericans.com launched April 2012.
