Mark F. Herbert is a Principal in the management consulting firms of Mark F. Herbert & Associates, Inc and New Paradigms LLC, an adjunct faculty member of the Eastern Caribbean Center for Management Development, and a member of the KeyChange Institute.


His educational background includes a BS in Management from Arizona State University, graduate study at the University of Oregon’s Institute for Industrial Relations and he is a certified facilitator in both the Achieve Global and Integrity Systems suite of programs.


His experience includes over 30 years of managerial, executive, and consulting positions in both for profit and not for profit organizations ranging from Fortune 100 to small businesses including Honeywell, Inc, Spectra Physics Scanning, and Oregon Community Credit Union and  business sectors including health care, high technology, financial services, custom publishing, ecotourism and other industry segments.


Mark is the primary author of the blog Creating Paradigm Shifts, and a frequent contributor to BestThinking, BankMarketing News, and Small Business Edge. His first book, Managing Whole People- One Man’s Journey, was published in December of 2008 and his new EBooks C2C- Compliance to Commitment, A Foundation for Employee Engagement and Building a Culture were published in early 2012. Additionally, Mark published the EBook  Plan B – An Alternative to Obamacare in July of 2012.


He is a featured expert in areas including organizational development, employee engagement, employment branding, and change management on LinkedIn.com, Bestthinking.com, Focus.com, and HRiQ.com. He was recently recognized by LinkedIn as one of the top 1% visited profiles on their network.


Mark has been a speaker and facilitator on executive development, strategic human resources, employee engagement, and employment branding on a regional, national, and international basis.
