Be passionate about your own ideas, and the ideas of others that you can champion for them. Passion is a quality people are attracted to. It creates positive energy that surrounds you. When you show that passion for the ideas and work of others, it makes them feel good about themselves. People will gravitate toward you, and they will listen to what you have to say.
