Some people are going to love you; others will have an extreme dislike for you. That is just the way it is. Don’t be offended by it and don’t be affected by it either. Women often have to work twice as hard as others in order to be taken seriously; so work hard and accept that fact, consider it raising the bar for others, especially those who work for you. Don’t judge those who don’t like you and don’t pander to them either. Treat everyone the same with fairness, directness and kindness. No matter what, stay the course and be true to yourself. Over time you will look back and see that others are following you, even those who did not like you at first.
