Hello,
I am typically a very confident and aspiring person which has carried over very successfully in my role as a manager. However, I have always been nervous and insecure when communicating with my superiors. This has resulted in me talking too much and babbling and presenting an unclear message. How can I be more better at my communicant and improve my confidence?
