{#/pub/images/buyersdecisionprocess.jpg}What is your Sales Process?  Is it in line with your potential buyer's decision making process?

Do you have a formal sales process your entire company uses or have you created your own?

Is your sales process working well for you?  What is the key to it's success?

The key point here is to be on the same alignment with customer for the closing any sales, This is very important because being out of alignment with the buyer is the biggest reason for sales failure (avoid to start close the sales before insuring that customer are closing as well...)

Hello,
For me : I always aimed higher than what I have got, my sales process start from creating new customer vision and this can be built with big help from the products services and qualities, I see this process work great for me (till now)and this come from covering customer expectation and the good services
