Do your employees feel like you listen to them?
I take the time to know all of my employees and listen to their concerns and ideas.
There are a few key employees that I work closely with but there are others that I do not interact with much.
I have regular team meetings to keep everyone informed but only meet one-on-one during yearly reviews.
I am very busy with my own work and do not have time to interact very often with each of my staff.
